I recently switched my host provider to one that specializes in Joomla powered websites. Everything works properly except my easySSP module.

Here are the things I know:
1.) SSP Director works.  I can see my albums/galleries as well.
2.) I know all the proper files are located on my server - - - (crossdomain.xml, param.xml, slideshowpro.swf)
3.) I know the Director link inside my param.xml is pointing to the correct place.
4.) I know that the module is placed in the correct place inside of Joomla.

Basically, I copied everything from one server to the other...and I have imported all of the .sql files into the correct databases.  SO, everything should work properly...but it doesn't.  I have been working on this problem for 3 hours now...and it is annoying the heck out of me.

I would be happy to give someone the url to my site, but I have a site maintenance redirect up because I do not want anyone to visit a photography website and not be able to see the images.  If anyone has a clue how to fix this or needs to see the site...I would be glad to change the redirect back to normal.

Thanks in advance for any help.

You may be using a newer version of the module or with an older version of SSP.
The module used to require loader.swf but does not any longer, instead calls slideshowpro.swf directly.

As you can see here the loader is working fine:
http://www.geoffhughes.com/loader.swf

..however the module is calling http://www.geoffhughes.com/slideshowpro.swf

I think you have two options here:
1.) login to the SSP site and re-download the files then offload the new slideshowpro.swf to your server
2.) hack the module to call loader.swf instead of slideshowpro.swf
either *should* work.

I did what you said...I went to download the new files for SSP to upload to my site.  After I did that, my problem made a little progress.  It actually tried to load the .swf file and then gave me this ERROR MESSAGE:

ReferenceError: Error #1069: Property videoSmoothing not found on net.slideshowpro.slideshowpro.SlideShowPro and there is no default value.
   at net.slideshowpro.sspstandalone::SSPLoader/loadSSP()
   at net.slideshowpro.sspstandalone::SSPLoader/afterSSPLoaderEvent()

   at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEventFunction()
   at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEvent()
   at flash.net::URLLoader/onComplete()

If I click continue...then it shows me one of my albums.  It does not however start me at my gallery view like I want it to (and the error message comes up).  If anyone can provide any help...that would be great.  Thanks.

Here is the link to my site again...

This is a great module, but I have the exact same error but I cannot find the solution anywhere. Has anyone had luck solving this? When I dismiss this error, my gallery loads fine.

Joomla 1.5.10, latest version of SSP for Flash, latest version of Easy SSP, FF 3.0.8, Flash Player 10

I had this same problem.  I loaded Flash Player 10 on my workstation and the problem went away.

That worked. I guess my Flash Player 10 was outdated. Thanks a bunch!

AS I have posted in another topic - I have this error as well - but the wierd thing is that my param.xml fime is not loading the SSP the way I want it to - any ideas?

Fixed the AS 3.0 error by updateing my FLASH plugin... now to the param.xml issue...

Hello pals,
 I am a newbie in Joomla and I use Slideshowpro for my photogallery purpose, But I get an error message with Flash 10 Player (Firefox, Camino, Safari) using the SSP Standalone .swf with SSP Director and Joomla Easy SSP module. The error does not happen with Flash Player 9 installed...

ReferenceError: Error #1069: Property videoSmoothing not found on net.slideshowpro.slideshowpro.SlideShowPro and there is no default value.
    at net.slideshowpro.sspstandalone::SSPLoader/loadSSP()
    at net.slideshowpro.sspstandalone::SSPLoader/afterSSPLoaderEvent()
    at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEventFunction()
    at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEvent()
    at net.slideshowpro.sspstandalone::XMLParser/parseXML()
    at net.slideshowpro.sspstandalone::XMLParser/completeHandler()
    at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEventFunction()
    at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEvent()
    at flash.net::URLLoader/onComplete()

I click the "Dismiss all" button or the "Continue" button and the gallery loads fine.

Sir please Give me an answer How it can Remedy. I am tired in this problem, pls give
a solution ASAP....

Thankfully
