EasySSP Get Config issues

Hi,

I have everything in place for SSP and Easy SSP. If I just go with the generic param.xml file from SSP, everything loads fine. But when I use the Easy SSP Tool to get the custom colors I want to match the site, the I get a gray box and a non-moving load circle as seen here:http://zilla.dottzilla.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=2&Itemid=3 .

Also, even with the generic param.xml file working great in Firefox, I get absolutely nothing in Explorer.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
