registration link does not show

I have followed the video tutorials and allow user registration is set to yes but the registration link still does not appear.

Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue. I followed the video and created a menu item that links to registration using jContact. It's there, but after you fill out the data and click submit it goes to a page does not exist page, does not register the user and does not send the contact information to iContact. I am obviously missing something, I just don't know what I am missing.
