Template Problem "js_SIFRSTAIN"

Hi guys, i have a problem on a site of mine.

When i log in to it i get this message in the php code:

The thing is that when i just go to it and dont log in there is nothing there, but as soon as i log in i get the php message. Also i use Mozilla and when using IE i get a script fault on the page. Is this the template causing this or?
