Joomlashack's world class support just got better.

Technology moves fast, and so does the web. We are trying hard to make sure we keep our systems state of the art to provide you the best possible service.

We have now moved our support services to a new system and are hard at work sending former customers their new login information.

You can search our knowledge base articles, browse public issues in the discussion area, or create a new ticket if you can't find an answer to your question.

1. Customer Support

If you have purchased a product from us, you will have been emailed a username and password for the support system and can submit a ticket. We do our best to answer tickets within 12 hours.

2. Account Access and Billing

If you are having account access issues, or billing questions, you can email us directly at billing[at]joomlashack.com.

3. Free Product Support

If you are using one of our free products and need some help, please check out our Community Customization and Help forum. There you can search for solutions and post to get help with new issues.
