Who is Joomlashack?

We are a team of designers, developers and technicians in the Joomla community. We combine expertise in eye-catching graphic layout with modern web design standards built into one of the most powerful open source content management systems in the world.

Our expertise in site and template design is unparalleled. Almost all of our team are former members of various official Joomla Working Groups contributing to the Joomla Project.

Casey Lee

Casey Lee has an extensive background in photography, graphic and web design, Casey was first introduced to the Mambo community in 2001. The design powerhouse behind Joomlashack, Casey specializes in sophisticated and professional quality templates to show the public how a free CMS can be used in numerous ways to power corporate, personal, news, art, static and even blog types of websites with a scalable and completely customizable look.

Barrie North

Barrie North has over 15 years of experience in the internet, as a user, designer and teacher, Barrie has worked in education becoming steadily more involved in web technology; teaching web design classes to students and technology integration to teachers. Most recently he worked as an IT consultant of two new schools that pioneered the use of technology in their schools. As well as web design he provides web marketing/SEO, usability and standards compliance expertise to our clients. he also maintains a blog about all things Joomla at compassdesigns.net. When not working he can be frequently found on the Joomla community boards, and he has written several tutorial articles for using Joomla.

Barrie is a former member of the Design and  Documentation Working Groups.

TJ Baker

TJ is a self taught computer/software troubleshooter whose quest for knowledge has guided him to the wonderful world of graphics and web design, and who stumbled into this great thing called Joomla!. It was while researching the best solution for building his organizations website that TJ discovered a content management system (CMS) called Mambo. Pressing work priorities put the website construction on the back burner for a while, and when TJ was ready to pick the work back up, Joomla! had been born. Since beginning work with Joomla, TJ has dedicated his learning and working time to this most flexible and powerful Open Source CMS. He is proud to be part of a team with the most knowledgeable Joomla experts in the world, and is happy to continue helping others utilize this wonderful content management system to achieve their website goals.
