You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products or services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

License

Joomlashack grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by independent content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license").

Limited Use Granted

You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You must purchase a Pro Template Domain License in order to make another project with the same design.

Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You are not permitted to remove any copyright within the index.php file or CSS files, nor the XML file. In addition, it is only allowable to remove the Joomlashack branding if a 'Rebranding License' is purchased for the template.

The PHP code portions of these commercial templates that interact vialinking with the Joomla CMS are released under the GPL version 2.0 license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html GNU/GPLv2). Unless otherwise stated, all images, cascading style sheets, non-linked PHP and included JavaScript are NOT GPL, and are released under a proprietary license may not be redistributed or repackaged for use other than those allowed by the Terms of Service.

Unauthorized Use

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Joomlashack.

Assignability

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Joomlashack. In particular, you agree to have a discrete link to Joomlashack.com on the template/website. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Return Policy

Customers may ask for a 100% refund of their purchase price within 30 days of date of purchase. Joomlashack will evaluate the refund request and will grant it unless we believe the customer has violated these Terms of Service.

If you would like to request a refund, please submit a ticket to our help desk with your Joomlashack shop account name, invoice number, and method of payment (Paypal or credit card.) Submit a ticket for refund. Refunds are not instant and it take as many as fourteen (14) days for the funds to be processed and returned to your cardholding bank.

This return policy does not apply to our Developer Club or any other product for which we offer a time-limited subscription or license. The policy does not apply to customization services billed at an hourly rate, nor to products or services sold or provided by other third parties, but which are advertised on Joomlashack.com. It is the customer's responsibility to determine and understand the refund policy before making a purchase.

Warranty

Joomlashack does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Joomlashack templates will work with all browser combinations.

Controlling Law and Jurisdiction

THIS LICENSE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS PROVISIONS. YOU HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS LICENSE SHALL BE AN APPROPRIATE STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE.
