Sometimes, a new Joomla! user may ask the question, "Why doesn't my template look like the demo?"
Each Joomlashack demo should contain important pieces of information such as module map, module class suffixes, and the differences of template and content. If you have a problem trying to achieve a desired effect, we suggest looking through the actual demo for the necessary documentation. Our documentation is on the live demo of the template you purchased. This makes documentation much more up to date.
The next generation of open source content management, Joomla 1.5 is now available as a Release Candidate. This takes it one step closer to being a stable release.
Thanks for purchasing a Joomlashack Pro Template. Now, how do you install it?
(**you must have Joomla! installed to use a Joomlashack template)
Celebrate your independence and freedom of speech with Joomla's best blogging components!
Here in the U.S. where Joomlashack is based, today is the Fourth of July, the day Americans celebrate our nation's independence. While many remember the American Revolution as a war, the real struggle was one of ideas and words, not bullets and bayonets.
Back in May we sponsored our first-ever Joomla User Survey and received an incredible reponse. Whether it was the opportunity to participate in a study of Joomla users or the chance to win our awesome prizes (or to get 30% off any Joomlashack order), we'll never know.
We do know that more than 3,500 unique respondents answered the survey and were entered to win. If you haven't checked out the results from the survey yet, you might find them very interesting. How do you compare to other Joomla users? Find out.
So, now that Joomlashack has finally finished the migration of our entire site over to several new systems, with a whole graphic redesign of our own site thrown in for good measure, we can take a deep breath and finally draw the winners of our survey. Drumroll please!
