Joomlashack prides itself on its support. During the last several years we have used our forum to support our customers needs in many aspects, and as a result have the largest membership base after joomla.org and have helped thousands of users build a professional looking Joomla powered web site. The posts on the forum have been three main types:
- People who have a bug with their template, a browser issue and the like.
- People that ask for help to customize their template, or get a third party extension to work with it.
- People that ask for general help with Joomla.
To better serve all of these needs, we have created a multi-layer framework of support offerings.
Support Center Knowledge Base and Tickets
Our first level of support is through our support center. If you have problems with downloads, installation or bugs for a commercial template, you can submit a ticket and one of our support team will help you. Our response time is usually within 24 hours, Mon - Friday.
We also maintain an extensive knowledge base in the support center. More than likely a user has experienced the same issue so a search of the knowledge base will get you the fastest solution.
We will continue to maintain and grow our community forum. This is where you can find help with questions about your Joomla site and customizing a template to your needs, or getting a 3rd party extension to work properly with it.
We have a number of active and helpful moderators and the Joomlashack team is committed to continue to spend significant time in the forum helping our community. Most of the top posters are Joomlashack employees.
