Joomla 3.0 is here - w00t!
Joomlashack would like to congratulate the Joomla project, the community, and the volunteers who have worked so hard to get Joomla 3.0 ready and available. We are proud to be a small part of this vast and great Joomlaverse. We recognize the dedication and tireless work put into the release, and we want to express our gratitude. Should I update to Joomla 3.0?
Our Joomla 3.0 Templates are R3ADY
Words cannot effectively express how good it feels to work with the best team in the Joomlaverse. Once again, thanks to the hard work and foresight of our team, I am proud to annouce to you that EVERY JOOMLA TEMPLATE built with the Wright Framework has now been tested and is officially a Joomla 3.0 Template and "Joomla 3.0 Ready".
All our Joomla Extensions are Joomla 3.0 Ready too
Shackslides, Visionary, Markitup, and Share it have all been tested and updated to Joomla 3.0. Again, kudos to the Joomlashack Team. Lifestream has been completely rebuilt with new services like Google + and Pinterest added and is being released next week.
Shackslides and Visionary updated and Now Responsive
Visionary underwent it's first major update and corrected several bugs: We removed the thumbnail generation to avoid php memory exhaustion errors. We removed the 2MB file size restriction for images and fixed php strict errors and notices. Both slideshows are now responsive and will display well on any device.
Always Expect Great Service from Joomlashack
This immediate response from your Joomlashack team should not suprise you. When Joomla 2.5 was released in January 24th, by midday all our Wright-built Joomla templates had been updated and the same happened last year when Joomla 1.7 was released.
It's EASY, when your Templates are built on the Wright Framework
Everytime we launch a new Joomla Template I brag that it's built on the Wright Framework and that this makes it versatile, nimble, reliable, and light. Today you can see the result of such praise: even as I write this on Wednesday evening, every Joomla Template built with the Wright Framework is ready for Joomla 3.0.
If our templates were built on one of those "kitchen-sink" frameworks, we would not be able to do this. Wright is right! And remember... The Wright Framework is also:
