jInbound updated with conversion tracking and reports filters

Today we are pleased to announce that the new version of jInbound is now available. Version 2.0.3 is chocked full of bug fixes and tweaks, but two new features stand out.

Conversion tracking

Version 2.0.0 featured a much-improved user tracking system.

Version 2.0.3 builds on this by allowing you to easily track when a campaign "converts" a site visitor.

We've made it super-easy to identify converted users: just add a native URL (starting with index.php) in your campaign settings.

This page should be unique for converted users.

For an e-commerce site, you might use the native URL that loads the order confirmation page for example.

When a lead visits this URL, their status will be updated to a converted lead (i.e. customer in the example above) and your conversion statistics will be updated.

Reports Filters

Reports are an important part of any inbound marketing campaign. In jInbound 2.0.3, we've added filters to help you analyze your lead data.

In additon to overall statistics, you can now filter the lead and conversion data by campaign or date range to see which campaigns are performing best.
