For new purchases, here are the details:
- Refund requests must be within 30 days of the original purchase.
- To request a refund, please open a support ticket from inside your Joomlashack account.
- You will be sent a 100% refund.
For renewals, here are the details:
- We send you reminder emails 2 weeks before all renewals.
- Refund requests must be within 30 days of the subscription renewal.
- To request a refund, please open a support ticket from inside your Joomlashack account.
- You will be sent a refund, minus 10% for payment processor fees.
Please note that canceling your subscription is different from a requesting a refund. Canceling indicates “I do not want auto renew enabled on my account” and does not indicate “I want a refund”.
