What is the Joomlashack Refund Policy?

We are happy to provide refunds for Joomlashack customers.

For new purchases, here are the details:

  • Refund requests must be within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • To request a refund, please open a support ticket from inside your Joomlashack account.
  • You will be sent a 100% refund.

For renewals, here are the details:

  • We send you reminder emails 2 weeks before all renewals.
  • Refund requests must be within 30 days of the subscription renewal.
  • To request a refund, please open a support ticket from inside your Joomlashack account.
  • You will be sent a refund, minus 10% for payment processor fees.

Please note that canceling your subscription is different from a requesting a refund. Canceling indicates “I do not want auto renew enabled on my account” and does not indicate “I want a refund”.
