The From header in admin notification emails sent by OSDownloads Pro upon file downloads is a standard field in the email header that indicates who sent the email.
It's one of the most important headers, especially when diagnosing email issues, checking for spoofing, or setting up email authentication.
You can set the From header by going to OSDownloads Pro > File > Options > tab Notifications > parameter From Email:
If you leave this From Email field empty, OSDownloads Pro will set the email notifications header using the email address entered in the From Email field in the Server tab of the Global Configuration screen:
