OSDownloads Pro allows you to send email admin notifications whenever someone downloads a file from your site.

By default, OSDownloads Pro does not send any admin notifications. You need to enable this feature and specify the email address(es) where admin notifications should be sent.

• To get started, go to the OSDownloads Pro control panel and click the Options button:

• This will open the OSDownloads Configuration page.
• Click the Notifications tab:

In this tab, you’ll find the following five settings:

• From Email: (Optional) If left blank, admin notifications will be sent from the email address defined in Joomla's Global Configuration > Server > Mail Settings. You can override it by entering a different address here.
• From Name: (Optional) Works the same way as the "From Email" setting. If you want to use the From Name from Joomla’s Mail Settings, leave this field empty. Otherwise, specify a custom name.
• Notifications: (Required) Set this to Yes to enable email admin notifications in OSDownloads Pro.
• System Users: (Optional) Use this setting if you want to send admin notifications only to Joomla users who are configured to receive system emails.
• Additional Emails: Enter one or more email addresses where download-related admin notifications should be sent.
